Shipping rates are calculated at 10% per hundred dollars, with a $7 minimum shipping charge (For example: Shipping on orders between $201 and $300 would be $30.) 

Physical orders are typically processed within two business days of order placement and shipped from Virginia. Shipping takes 1-5 business days depending on destination.
